These Terms govern your use of our website and our scheduling and consultation services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are authorized to provide the contact details you submit, and that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your household.

Mortgage Pro Quotes provides information about, and scheduling for, consultations related to mortgage protection insurance, life insurance, and related coverage products. Our consultations are educational and informational. We are an independent broker and are not affiliated with any specific mortgage lender. Quotes provided are subject to carrier underwriting approval and are not a guarantee of coverage or price.

This is the most important section. By providing your phone number — mobile or landline — and booking a consultation, you expressly consent to be contacted by us, our licensed agents (including Giselle Brunetti), our representatives, partners, and the insurance carriers we work with, using the contact methods described below. This consent applies to all future communications related to your request and remains in effect until you opt out, regardless of whether your number appears on any federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list.

• Artificial intelligence and prerecorded voice. You consent to the use of artificial or prerecorded voice messages and AI-assisted calling systems, including voice generation and conversational AI agents, to contact you regarding your appointment, quotes, and related services.
• Automatic dialing systems. You consent to calls and text messages placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, to the telephone number(s) you have provided, for all purposes related to your consultation.
• SMS text messages. You consent to receive SMS text messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, quote summaries, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply.
• Email and other electronic messages. You consent to receive email and other electronic communications, which may include promotional content, related to your request.
• Multiple numbers and agents. Consent applies to each number you provide and extends to our agents, affiliates, marketing partners, and the carriers involved in preparing or servicing your coverage, acting on our behalf.
• Scope of consent. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, but it is required to receive the consultation and quotes you are requesting. Consent remains valid until you revoke it in writing or by following the opt-out instructions provided with each message.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number(s) you provide, or that you are authorized to provide consent on their behalf.

When you schedule a consultation, we automatically detect your local time zone from your browser and use it to display available appointment times in your local time. We may store this time zone locally in your browser so it is remembered on return visits. Your time zone is used to schedule your call correctly and is not shared for unrelated marketing. You are responsible for ensuring the contact information, time zone, and appointment details you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for missed appointments, misdirected communications, or delays caused by incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information you submit.

Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if a conflict arises or if a licensed agent is unavailable. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Mortgage protection insurance and any quote provided during your consultation are subject to underwriting approval by the issuing insurance carrier. Eligibility, rates, and coverage are determined by the carrier based on factors assessed during underwriting. We make no guarantee that any particular rate, product, or coverage will be available to you.

All content on this website — including the Mortgage Pro Quotes name, logo, text, graphics, and scheduling interface — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortgage Pro Quotes, its affiliates, agents, and carriers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services, or from any consultation or quote provided. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in connection with the service giving rise to the claim.

Our site may link to or integrate third-party scheduling, calendar, telephony, and AI tools used to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mortgage Pro Quotes operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our site or services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To revoke your consent to any communications, reply STOP to any SMS, or contact us using the details provided with your booking. If you revoke consent we will no longer be able to provide the consultation or quotes you requested.
